Terms and Conditions - Booking, Payment and Enquiries We do not handle booking confirmation and payment on the web as we would prefer to talk to you first so we can make sure you have the right course for your needs. Payment terms - payment is to be made in advance for all workshops. A non-refundable deposit of £30 for courses or £10 for facilities hire is payable when booking. The full fee becomes due four weeks before the start date of the session. For bookings less than four weeks in advance, the full fee is payable on booking. Payment is by Cash or Cheque (payable to PhotoWorkshops Partnership). Materials - fees include tuition, use of equipment unless otherwise specified, chemicals lunch for full day courses. Film; paper, E-6 processing; frames and mounting board/tissue/tape are not included. We can always advise you on what to bring or you can buy suitable materials from us at a reasonable price. Cancellation - we will always try to fill your place on the course; if we can a full refund will be given. If this is not possible then the following charges will be made. Notification four to two weeks in advance of start date: 50 per cent of fee. Notification less than two weeks in advance, or if you do not arrive for the course: full fee (no refund).
